I will never come back to Manly Honda. My car was recalled and when I finally reached someone in person, she was incredibly rude to me and acted like I needed to have my car serviced at Manly in orde recalled and when I finally reached someone in person, she was incredibly rude to me and acted like I needed to have my car serviced at Manly in order to have the recall repair done. She transferred me to another voice mail. I finally reached another person who made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked what arrangements I made for transportation. I told her no one had said I needed to do that. She said the repairs would take about 2 hours, which meant I would have to sit outside in the smoke. She then said I could rent a loaner for $16.00 a day or she could see if the car service was working. She called Lyft. I still ended up spending money because I needed to give the Lyft drivers a tip. When I returned to pick up my car, it took someone 20 minutes to find it. Really? Manly really needs to up its customer service game. If my car gets recalled again or when I buy a new car, I will go to another dealer. More

Associate was efficient, kind and helpful. She answered my questions and ordered my Lyft in a very friendly manner. Had a very good experience with Jose the service person. He was knowledgable and friendly. Only complaint was that my CRV was covered in water spots after Manly washed it.
