Very courteous and went out of their way. I’m very satisfied with the service of Miss Margarita Verdin and the guys who picked up my SUV Laren and Pat. They also gave a decent quote for my SUV. Excellent service and service advisor. Air conditioner not blowing out cold air. Service advisor checked for Honda service bulletins, messages and recalls which turned out to cover the A/C condenser whic not blowing out cold air. Service advisor checked for Honda service bulletins, messages and recalls which turned out to cover the A/C condenser which was leaking. Further inspection showed the Compressor was leaking as well and it was replaced under an extended service agreement I purchased when I bought the car. The original diagnostic work was also covered. Rides to and from Manly Honda were also provided free of charge. More
I've been buying my cars and having them serviced here for thirty years. Today's experience knocked my hat off. After waiting for close to 3 hrs. for an oil change and tire rotation, I was on my way. I for thirty years. Today's experience knocked my hat off. After waiting for close to 3 hrs. for an oil change and tire rotation, I was on my way. I was told that I needed a set of tires but I would have to come back another day. The car didn't drive right and I had warning lights on the dash on the way home. When I got home I noticed that they had put my spare on the LR wheel and the old tire was in the back and it had a nail sticking out of the sidewall. No one told me that the spare had been put on. I might have been jumping on the freeway for a trip to NY for all they knew. I find this sort of lack of action very irresponsible . I now had to beat the bushes for a new set of tires while driving on the spare. Shame on you Manley Honda. I will think twice before having my car needs taken care there again. More
We love the CRV but it arrived with issues that we were not made aware of at the time of Purchase. They have repaired the car, it appears to be the new car we bought. They had to replace total wiring harne not made aware of at the time of Purchase. They have repaired the car, it appears to be the new car we bought. They had to replace total wiring harness front dash board and rear. They were great in the service department and met their time schedule. And they kept informed and delivered on time. They provided a loaner , great. They have been easy to deal with and very honest, that is why we purchased our car at Manly. JM More

My girlfriend had her car service 1 hr later We say in the waiting area together. She has the same car as I do. And her air filters were replaced. I called the parts Dept once I got home abs was told they have the filters. I called service Dept and told them. And they had me come back at that time the filters were replaced. I came home noticed a nail in my tire. Took it to Les Swaub and was told the nail has been in my tire for days. If my tires were rotated this would of been notice at the time of my service. Just a bad day. Never had problems before. More

I have had excellent experiences with the service department at Manly Honda. They have been exceptionally professional and accommodating whenever I have had my car serviced there. Recently, my chec department at Manly Honda. They have been exceptionally professional and accommodating whenever I have had my car serviced there. Recently, my check engine light came on the day before a planned road trip. Mike in the service department was able to get my car in and fix the problem on short notice without an appointment! Despite living in Ukiah, I will be returning to Manly Honda for any future service on my vehicle. More
