I am still not very happy with your service center. I bought my car new in 2002 and had initially only had it serviced there. After my car was looked at I was told my oil pan was leaking and that someone had stripped the threads on the cap. As I had only had my car serviced there it was pretty obvious to me who must have stripped the cap, but I had to pay upwards of $600. I stopped going here for service for some time, but had to go in for an airbag recall so I got my service done there as well. My AC had not been working and I was told it was a $400 job but I figured I needed it done so I agreed. Stupid me for not checking, everything I looked at online (unfortunately after the fact) says it should be a $100-$300 job depending on make and model of the car...
