I bought a "slightly used" 2018 Cadillac XTS from Manly Honda Used Cars. The car was serviced and detailed by Manly's Service Department. It runs like a Swiss watch, and looks great. Their Internet Sales Rep, Chris Tara-Browne, closed this sale without ever meeting with me. We discussed price. He responded to my invitation to offer the Dealership's best "Out The Door" deal. He came in with a very acceptable offer. I provided a Cashier's Cheque. Paul generated the required paperwork The folks at Manly Honda are consummate professionals. Car would not start My car suddenly wouldn’t start (was working fine all day prior). I had to get a jump from the tow truck & was able to drive to the dealership. It was a Sunday afternoon so I had to leave the car overnight. The staff (Jacob) @ the dealership, helped me navigate this process & was extremely helpful (went above and beyond to help me). The service department (Chris) was in contact with me throughout the day & they diagnosed & fixed the problem by early afternoon the following day (Monday). More

Excellent Service Jennifer was extremely helpful in my situation. I had been hit with a flying metal box on the freeway and had to get new parts for the car. I was supposed to have the person pay you was responsible for this problem. I could not reach him at the time I had to pay. She suggested I try one of the dealership phones to reach him and I did right away. She was able to refund me my money and charge his creed card. I really appreciated her patience and taking the time to help me get this accomplished. I will continue to buy and service my cars at Manly because of people like her. Above and beyond! Had to bring my older Civic in for what I thought was transmission trouble; it turns out the computer had died, and I needed a loaner to tide me over.
