The show room was spacious, clean and had beautiful artwork. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted and treated first class through the whole experience. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used Honda or used vehicle. Adolfo Salazar let us test drive and explained all of the newer features. We previously had a 2003 Honda pilot but this is a big upgrade. His customer service skills are exemplary!! He was kind and patient with us. He then turned us over to Jared Hooper for paperwork. Jarred took us on yet another test drive and explained many features. He was kind, knowledgeable and very likable. We finally finished up with Dave Sambad. This guy knows what he’s talking about. I took my Ridgeline to Manly Honda after I had my brakes done at Pep Boys, and Pep boys refused to honor their warranty on the brakes. Immediately after the Master Technicians looked at the brakes they saw that the pads were cracked and unsafe to drive on, and I avoided a very dangerous situation. They gave me a rental car to use.and in under 5 hours I was back picking up my truck. Many thanks to Mandi, Jennifer, Terra, Nick and the Porters and Master Technicians.
