I found my sales rep, Scott Hess, and his assistant, Edgar, to be friendly, nice, and efficient. They helped me to test drive and purchase the car I wanted in no time. About 10 days after purchasing the car, a glitch occurred. The car wouldn't start due to a anti-theft sensor left on the car. Gary was great about addressing this issue immediately. He sent over this incredibly kind driver -- Brian -- who towed the car from my house to Manly. Within hours I got a call letting me know they had removed the sensor and that someone would be picking me up the next day to collect my car. All in all I give this dealership a 10! More

In other words, hue was down right rude and demanding. I spent over 30 minutes trying to explain the issue.
