So I had two big issues with the service department at Manly. First of all, their customer service was not good at all. Second, the top of my car had been scratched. The sales team finally called us back in and were able to fix my car and get the scratches out. Their customer service was great. They were all friendly and very helpful. Hopefully the service department steps up their game and match the customer service that the sales team provides. More

I went to this service center 10/07. When I got there I saw a lot of cars lining up and thought this is going to take a while but it didn’t! I waited inside while my car keys were being made they had coffee and snacks. I received my keys in a timely mannered and Lucia let me know I got a complimentary car wash. I left the place happy. I was very pleased and satisfied by the service I got when I came in, without an appointment, to investigate a serious engine problem. Dropped off car at 7:30 a.m. and waited all day only to be told at 5:00 p.m. that I would need to come back. Not very helpful to also be told sarcastically that I can drive my unfinished car if I didn't want to come back for it. Suggesting a customer drive a car not suitable for the road isn't exactly a good look for a service advisor. If you can't control your emotions in front of a understandably frustrated customer, you might consider another line of work. If you're looking to get service done at Manly, try one of the female advisors. They seemed to have a great rapport with their customers and appeared to approach their work much like the great people in sales and finance. More
