There are a couple of things that have changed over the years that I have been coming to Manly Honda that have affected my scoring being lower. Most of it has to do with how the customer is greeted. It use years that I have been coming to Manly Honda that have affected my scoring being lower. Most of it has to do with how the customer is greeted. It use to be that the customer would wait by their car and the service rep would come to you. Now the customer gets out and stands by the 6 or so service rep stations to be waited on. Then it is willy nilly from there. More
