I requested that a whining noise (at starting) be evaluated, because I suspected the starter was beginning to fail. I was told that the alternator was failing, and charged $996 to replace it ($400 i evaluated, because I suspected the starter was beginning to fail. This is the first time at your dealership, after 15+ years, that I’ve felt scammed. My total bill was $2129.75. More

The part came in and we scheduled the service date. The car came in on Wednesday early afternoon and was scheduled to be complete Thursday. I called on Thursday and Brian told me that another customer's car service repair bumped my car out of the 'to do' schedule and that it would be complete on Friday. I said I needed my car back mid-day Friday as I was home post-surgery and my friend was picking up my car and I needed the car to be ready so she could do her activities that day. I got a hold of Brian at 4:30pm & he told me it had been ready for a couple hours and he didn't have time to call me. More
