The service dept is always busy and it would be easy to get overlooked, but there always seems to be someone who goes out of their way to make sure you are being helped. Brian helped me with some decision get overlooked, but there always seems to be someone who goes out of their way to make sure you are being helped. Brian helped me with some decisions I had to make and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was in two times in about a week due to a tire challenge, and each time he was personable and helped me with the decisions that were a right fit for me. Each time I was there for several hours, because I live up north in Cloverdale and I could work right in the waiting area. Someone came out every so often and to make sure everyone knew there was coffee, tea and snacks, and when a taco truck pulled up for lunch. I was busy working, and could not leave the call and my things, so she said she could go buy it for me if I wanted.....Wow! I gave her some cash and she bought the food for me. How is that for going the extra mile. I have to say that dealerships were always a little dark to me, and more expensive than private companies for services, but I get great service, and tires were actually cheaper there for better tires than I found elsewhere. For the extra dollars it is actually worth it to get the customer service I get here and they know the entire history of my car. They tell me when things are ready to be done to keep it maintained. They earn my loyalty. I appreciate this dealership and the people that work here. More
