In my first and only (thus far) experience, I was completely surprised and pleased. We were in town on vacation and experienced a problem with our Honda. This is my First visit to Manly Honda. I set appt for oil change service with tire change and standard point inspection. Was told by service rep that my car would be ready in about an hour I set appt for oil change service with tire change and standard point inspection. Was told by service rep that my car would be ready in about an hour. I chose to wait there. My car was Not done in an hour as stated. I kept having to ask when it would be completed and kept being told it's getting worked on. Almost 3 hours later my car was finally done. I feel this is completely unacceptable for just standard maintenence service. This will be the last time, I take my car into this location!!!!! More

I waited 25 minutes at the service line before anyone came to greet me. I thought this was unprofessional considering the fact I had an appointment. My old 2008 Fit needed a good going over after the last two brain pickling pandemic years. Susan Geasland was my Service Advisor. She did an excellent job in letting me know what my options were. Considering the age of the vehicle and mileage (~23K), I agreed to the 30K scheduled maintenance service. And now my Fit feels more fit for the road.
