I needed to visit Manly Honda for a recall on my vehicle. I also had a couple of other concerns I wanted them to check out. I first worked with Jose, the service manger, who was very friendly. Then I got a loaner vehicle from Denise and she was cheerful, quick and efficient in getting me in a vehicle and on my way. Finally Ron managed the service work and called me when my vehicle was ready and closed out my paperwork. Overall a good experience on this visit. More

The write up of work completed are very detailed and informative - information that informs my discussion with the service department. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. Free coffee and snacks a plus. Personnel are generally friendly, although sometimes you get someone who has an attitude. On one occasion, I picked up my car and saw that my car had been left half washed. It looked a mess. Had customer service looked at the car before telling me it was ready, the situation would never have arisen. So, it seemed to me that communication between departments needed to be tighten up. As dealerships go, I think it has to be in the top tier. More
