I believe that the dealership is doing a very good job overall, but if Corporate Management puts pressure on it's employees in regards to their salary based on 4 or 5 ratings, I personally think that stra overall, but if Corporate Management puts pressure on it's employees in regards to their salary based on 4 or 5 ratings, I personally think that strategy will backfire in this employment world today. Very few companies rarely equal or exceed the highest ratings. Do you rate the mechanics than do the labor on the autos the same way you rate the representative that handles your car when they check in for maintenance? More

We were suppose to get a low tire pressure issue looked it but instead of talking through our problem just all 4 new tires were offered. We got a second opinion that said we still had ware on our tires le it but instead of talking through our problem just all 4 new tires were offered. We just sometimes feel nickel and dimed for every service but don’t feel like we can talk through the cars needs with the specialist looking at the part. Too many beurocratic layers for our tastes.
