I showed up Saturday morning, I met with Margarita and was given a very fair price for my truck. This is our second time dealing with your dealership, and both times they were very positive experiences. While we in in Santa Rosa we brought the wife’s car down to get warranty work done. Jennifer and America in the service department we very helpful. They went out of their way to make it a positive experience. Every one in that department was kind and helpful. Thank You. More

I am a longtime Honda Civic owner and have been coming to Manly Honda both to purchase new cars and have them serviced for years. I recently brought my 2016 Honda Civic to Manly to have 4 new tires installe Manly Honda both to purchase new cars and have them serviced for years. I recently brought my 2016 Honda Civic to Manly to have 4 new tires installed as well as new wiper blades. Susan Grasland was my Service Adviser and did an outstanding job. The tires had to be ordered, and I received a free rental car from the rental car Service Adviser, Denise Rice, which was to be returned by 4:00 PM the next day. I returned the rental at 4 and by 4:11 I had paid the bill and proceeded to drive home. When I pulled into my parking space I could not pull up the lever to set the parking brake and the car would roll. After trying a few times I drove back to Manly. Susan was gone by then as It was about 5:00 by then due to commute traffic and Susan had finished her shift. A different Service Adviser helped me and confirmed the parking brake lever was broken. I received a free LYFT ride back to my home. The parking brake lever was not in stock and had to be ordered. The car was ready the next day, and I received another free LYFT ride back to Manly. There was no charge to replace and install a new parking brake lever since I had originally purchased a Zurich Service Contract when I bought the car. More
