Once again my car is defective and I am told it is my fault. This time it cost me $1,800. The sunroof is defective. I accidentally left the sunroof open during a very light rain. But, water leaked between the roof liner and the roof causing damage to the wiring, $1,800 worth. The service manager said that there was a service bulletin on the problem, but that I am responsible because I left the sunroof open. Under no circumstances should a light rain cause electrical damage. Terrible car, bad service. More
Every person I've dealt with has had excellent customer service, especially in the service department. Even when they were short staffed, they still treated everyone with courtesy and even stayed after clo service, especially in the service department.
