My new service rep. America was excellent. I bought the car in April it was the first oil service and tire rotation. She got me in and out in and hour and 20 mins as I waited in the waiting area. Helpful, prompt, and kind. I would offer, however, that the same info outlined in the email (noting I should have either a free rental or $10 lyft BOTH ways) should also be conveyed in person. Staff were were very friendly, courteous, and professional, but the shop work was sloppy. I brought in my 2021 Insight for it's first scheduled maintenance and it was returned with greasy fingerp professional, but the shop work was sloppy.
