Service for routine maintenance. Having a coupon supplied via email kept the cost very reasonable. Jose was very friendly and checked in with me while I waited. I’ll be back. Also impressed that a supplied via email kept the cost very reasonable. Jose was very friendly and checked in with me while I waited. I’ll be back. Also impressed that a staff member circulated thru the wait area sanitizing the seats, tables, etc. More

The people were very friendly, but I wasn’t happy about how long my oil change and tire rotation was. I had a 10am appointment and waited for my car service it wasn’t done until 12:15pm. I have bought 3 H how long my oil change and tire rotation was. I had a 10am appointment and waited for my car service it wasn’t done until 12:15pm. I have bought 3 Honda’s from you. Because it’s under warranty I bring it to Manly Honda. My other concern is I always have my tires rotated every oil change. This rotation was free this time, but next oil change your company will charge for it. The tires are from the new car I bought from you. Normally where I purchase my tires they include free tire rotation with my oil change. I would like to know why your company doesn’t do this for the customers? More
I received excellent service through Denise Rice who help set up my rental while the service on my car was done. Service d Tldr; Sales tends to try to write the invoice for more than agreed upon, double check them to be sure you're getting what you agreed to. Service department leaves a bit to be desired in the finer details like inspecting things more thoroughly before they sell them to you or tightening the oil plug after a routine procedure like an oil change. Not sure if I'd trust em with more in depth service. I will not buy my next car there nor will I ever recommend anybody try to purchase or service a vehicle there again. I made an appointment to see a car I was looking at online. Dealer calls me 2 or 3 times a day for a week even though he already had all the pertinent info regarding the car I was looking for, my financing situation,my pre-approved amount from my lender in hand (while I'm working prior to our meeting, typical sales call style, even though you mention your busy and would obviously like to end the conversation he just kept pressing on) until I tell him I'm too busy to discuss further as I was working to get ahead of my schedule to get out early for the appointment and hang up on him. I arrive for my appointment 10 minutes early and AJ the salesman I was in contact with was supposed to meet me at 6pm... I have to wait til 6:40... Then he comes over and just asks if this was my first time financing a car, which it was, and immediately backed off and passed me onto another junior sales associate... I guess assuming I was just gonna kick tires and balk at the price and waste his time. I don't. I buy the car and leave, (and hope AJ didn't receive any of the commission as he was far from helpful) now at night and hard to see clearly due to being put on the back burner and passed off... Next day in the light I notice 2 of the tires have been curbed, one so hard it removed a chunk of rubber from the sidewall of the passenger side tires. Oh well should probably replace the no namers with half tread life it came with anyway... No big deal. Not damaged beyond driving. The scratch on the rims is superficial and I go on with life. Later, I make an appointment to bring it in for the 4k service on a Monday and after the oil change and during the tire rotation they notice the tire having a chunk missing... Hit me up to try to upsale me on more no namer tires, I mention that their initial inspection missed that and that I plan to buy some Michelin tires elsewhere... Drove it home Monday, went to work and back on Tuesday and park it in my garage nightly... Wednesday I go out to start it up to leave for work and there is a 6' puddle of oil in my garage/running down my white concrete driveway! I call em up mad I just spent $106 for them to ruin my driveway and make me miss an important meeting at work. They say they will have a tow truck pick me up right away. 40 minutes later get a call from the tow truck company(I figured they would have their own tow truck?) confirming my address and informing me that it will be "a few hours before they can send somebody to me". I call and demand quicker service and they send a team out to inspect the car/mess and bring me to the dealer. They give me a loaner car but inform me it's my responsibility to pay for replacing the gas in it, after all the bologna I would have given the disgruntled customer a free tank of gas no questions. I should have heeded my friends advice to avoid Manly Honda after he purchased his car there in 2018 and they agreed upon one price and then tried to get him to sign the paperwork for $2000 extra and he had to fight with them for an hour to get them to honor the price they had initially agreed upon. I noticed my price was $1000 more than agreed upon but I was just so tired and ready to end my hunt for a car that I agreed to pay the extra without saying anything. Will not be going back. Ever! More
