We have only been to this center twice since buying our Honda pilot several months ago. Each time has taken significantly longer than the time quoted. The first time, I figured "things happen" after all, it was only an hour. This time, we were quoted two hours for an oil change. It took FIVE! Not sure I will be bringing our vehicle back here. More
