My experience in the Past has been lengthy, rude, and expensive. Now this time my lady who helped me I think her name was América was so so so kind funny personable made me feel taken care of, explained expensive. Service was fine, but when I picked the car up it was not washed. I had to ask why not, I was just given an excuse.
