I want to especially note the beyond excellent service I received from Ronald Timms. Despite the difficulties arising from the extreme lack of support staff on site over the period my car was being serviced received from Ronald Timms. Despite the difficulties arising from the extreme lack of support staff on site over the period my car was being serviced Mr. Timms made sure I was well taken care of. We had arranged for my car to remain at the dealership overnight for additional service, and when it became clear that my car didn't make it into the queue for the additional work on the Friday Mr. Timms arranged for a loaner car for the weekend free of charge to me. He also made sure my car was available to me by 1:00pm the following Monday and discounted my final bill by $20.00 to reflect his apologies for the delay. Mr. Timms went above and beyond in a situation that seemed well beyond his control and remained professional and personable throughout my entire exchange with him. I've been buying my cars and having them serviced here for thirty years. Today's experience knocked my hat off. After waiting for close to 3 hrs. for an oil change and tire rotation, I was on my way. I for thirty years. Today's experience knocked my hat off. After waiting for close to 3 hrs. for an oil change and tire rotation, I was on my way. I was told that I needed a set of tires but I would have to come back another day. The car didn't drive right and I had warning lights on the dash on the way home. When I got home I noticed that they had put my spare on the LR wheel and the old tire was in the back and it had a nail sticking out of the sidewall. No one told me that the spare had been put on. I might have been jumping on the freeway for a trip to NY for all they knew. I find this sort of lack of action very irresponsible . I now had to beat the bushes for a new set of tires while driving on the spare. Shame on you Manley Honda. I will think twice before having my car needs taken care there again. More

Excellent service and service advisor. Air conditioner not blowing out cold air. Service advisor checked for Honda service bulletins, messages and recalls which turned out to cover the A/C condenser whic not blowing out cold air. Further inspection showed the Compressor was leaking as well and it was replaced under an extended service agreement I purchased when I bought the car. The original diagnostic work was also covered. Rides to and from Manly Honda were also provided free of charge. More

We love the CRV but it arrived with issues that we were not made aware of at the time of Purchase. They have repaired the car, it appears to be the new car we bought.
