I brought the Pilot in for a recall on fuel pump and asked why we were experiencing automatic braking and etc. when meeting oncoming traffic after the last recall on: _ March 11, 2021. Vehicle would asked why we were experiencing automatic braking and etc. when meeting oncoming traffic after the last recall on: _ March 11, 2021. Vehicle would auto brake when meeting on coming traffic at different times when there was no conditions concerning the oncoming traffic. They accomplished a diagnostic on system and adjusted the sensitivity. _ The current recall on fuel pump was accomplished. _ Received diagnostic and adjusted the sensitivity of braking events. Received fast service from all involved including a loaner care to use. Hats off to all happy. More
I was told I would receive a loaner car. When I arrived, I was told I needed proof of insurance, no one told me this when I made the appointment. Then I was told I didn’t have enough insurance. I was offered a free Uber, but I’m not comfortable using Uber. I was planning on getting tires, but went to Les Schwab instead. I won’t ever have service done at Manly Honda. Very disappointed More

I have used the Honda service for 25 years and always have been good in fixing my cars. This time was unexpected and I had to wait 30 min for attention as I did not have appointment . The only advice to have been good in fixing my cars. This time was unexpected and I had to wait 30 min for attention as I did not have appointment . The service advisor told me the situation was my fault and brought up unwanted and unnecessary remarks. When I asked to clear it up with a supervisor, I was dismissed to the lobby. After buying several cars there and using Manly for service for about 20 years, I felt very disappointed. More
