Scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and I wanted to replace my windshield wiper blades. The gal didn’t greet me in a friendly way. I felt rushed as I pulled up... which wasn’t very welcoming. The gal who helped me told me she’d text me once my car is ready. After about 4 hours, I never got my text. So I had to call to see if my car was ready. I had a hard time getting a hold of the service advisor who helped me... After about 10 minutes of trying to get a hold of her, she told me that my car was ready, without apologizing for any delay. Once I picked up my car, I found out that my windshield wiper blades didn’t even get replaced.. Seriously? So now I have to schedule another appointment to get my wiper blades replaced. It’s extremely inconvenient for me since it’s hard to get time off to go to the dealership. It was a very disappointing experience.. More

Mr Timms was extremely helpful and personable. I was in a hurry and he had me in and out of there as quickly as possible.
