I was so happy to finally have purchased a Honda and trusted the dealership completely when told that their cars were fully inspected and maintenance was up to date. Shortly after purchasing the car, it trusted the dealership completely when told that their cars were fully inspected and maintenance was up to date. Shortly after purchasing the car, it ended up at the shop because the rear shocks were bad and needed to be replaced, costing me $500. When I reached out to the dealership, they were no help and was just told to speak with the car manager so he could explain and review their inspection report to me. I never reached out because I didn’t want them to review a report to me, I was hoping for them to do something about it, since they take pride in “fully inspecting” their cars. 4, 5 month later, I’m having issues with my tires. I took the car to a tire shop in my town and was told that my front tires were old, one being from 1998!!! Shop told me the tires needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Me not wanting to put more money into the car, I reached out to the dealership again. I took it in, the guy who initially took my information at the dealers tire shop, did not know how to read the codes on the tires, stating that the dates I gave him were incorrect. After showing him and having a tire expert on the phone all he said was “I am not going to argue with him.” According to the dealership, the tires on my car, were not the tires that the car had when I purchased it. Basically telling me that the tires were changed. How did that happen?? I don’t know. The one good thing that came out of this was that they did replace my tires and did a oil change at no cost to me. So thank you for that. I was hoping on getting some reimbursement for the rear shocks that I had to pay for. Because of the “gray area “ with the tire situation, my request for refund was denied. Definitely not recommending this dealership to anyone. I have already reached out to a family member who was planning on going there to purchase a vehicle to not go. When I talk about my experience with friends, I have learned that someone else has also had a bad experience with them. So disappointing. More

Micheal was very helpful and professional!. However, when I made the appointment I said I would need a ride to work and was told, " No problem." My appointment was for 9AM, so arrived at 8:00 because I neede I made the appointment I said I would need a ride to work and was told, " No problem." My appointment was for 9AM, so arrived at 8:00 because I needed to be at work at 8:30. Poor Micheal ended up trying to book a Lyft 6 times!! I ended up getting a ride with a Manly associate. I did not get to work until 9:30, so missed an hour of work- making this an expensive service. This was my first service at Manly Honda and very frustrating. More

I came in to get my backup camera adjusted. Instead I was charged $95 and told that they wouldn't help me because of an after market lock set. It turns out Honda makes the lock set.
