Brought my cr-v in for recall service October 2020. I was provided with a loaner car, no issues. In February 2021 I was requested to bring back 2nd time because they needed photos. I was told it the issu was provided with a loaner car, no issues. In February 2021 I was requested to bring back 2nd time because they needed photos. I was told it the issue was the photos weren't satisfactory to Honda in order for the dealership to be paid. It was a hassle to confirm that I would be provided with a loaner car free of charge. There was confusion on the part of Susan regarding insurance requirements. As for me, I told her I couldn't understand how, since I was provided with one the previous October, there would be a problem. Very frustrating. So after that was settled I rescheduled my appointment and brought my car in. I was called by America to say it was ready to be picked up, service dept recommended a "preventative" changing of gaskets for $120. No leaking, just preventative. I said no and that I would come pick it up, about 2:00in the afternoon. I came in to pick it up. After an hour of waiting I was told the photos weren't adequate so they had to retake them, therefore taking the car apart again. Was given back the loaner. In an hour or so, received message that it was ready to pick up, it was late in the day. Next morning I called America to verify that I would have no problem picking it up. Received no reply from my message. Finally I called Susan (America was off for the day and it didn't seem that anyone was checking her messages.). She checked, verified and I went in to pick it up. Both Susan and America apologized for the hassle and inconvenience. This total experience took about 6 hours of my time. Resulted with my car being dismantled three times and I don't feel very confident about it. NOW, I received a "red alert" for overdue recall service. So, that means I have to make some phone calls to get to the bottom of this. Is this referring to the same service? Was something not done right? Or is there another recall? More

They took my car for diagnostic and possible repair when I did not have an appointment. Giving me the emergency option to a loaner car was a big help. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great dealership. The only thing I was concerned about is how long it took! My car was there for 4 hours and it usually only takes around 1-2 hours! I took my car in for a recall on the airbags. Jennifer Crouch was the employee helping me.... she made me feel very unwelcomed and unwanted. I felt as if I was a burden making her job harder. I used a rental car, she assisted and made me feel like I was wasting her time as she told me all of the things I needed to know about then vehicle. I will never come to this Honda dealership again. I’ve never been treated so poorly before. I will get my tires replaced anywhere but here. I will go out of my way to use any other business I have to to ensure I never be treated like that again. More
