Rather disappointed in them. Had the recall two months ago, went down to the dealership and they said it looked like it was already done. But he (Ted K) would call me for sure which never happened. The service representative was nice, however when we requested that the exterior be washed, it was not done. Had an electrical issue happen with the touch screen, but has not happened since. My 2004 Honda Pilot needed several repairs to correct oil leaks and other problems. Shawn (service advisor) was welcoming, and made sure to understand what was needed. When I arrived at the Dealership, Scott recognized me from the sale of my truck back in October. He was friendly and cordial asked me how I was doing and how was the truck. Really went out of her way to help me and was very accommodating, keeping me updated on the status of my service. Susan booked my appointment and made the process very easy. When I spoke with her she went above and beyond to helpe find an appointment slot that worked with my work schedule. She didn't have to do what she did and she also checked on me upon my arrival. She made me feel at home. The overall experience was very pleasant and I have l problems coming back on the future for service. The truck might be a ram, but the staff at Manly Honda made me feel like family even during these crazy pandemic times. More
