I received a phone call asking where I left my keys as they couldn't find them which really concerned me...they then discovered that they were given to Jesus and the rep apologized for the mixup. Jesus was assigned to our service initially and was probably the worst customer service we have experienced at Manly. We have been servicing our cars for over 20 years with Manly and Jesus was by far the worst advisor we have had. We questioned pricing and let Jesus know that we've worked with Bill Robertson in the past which frustrated Jesus and said he'll pass our paperwork to Bill. After an hour, we called back and the paperwork was still not passed on to Bill by Jesus. This is not acceptable when all we needed done was an oil change and in the meantime, our vehicle is sitting with no service. However, once Bill was involved, things moved VERY quickly. Bill is an amazing advisor - he explains the entire service and what needs to happen in the future. He is very patient and going forward, will ALWAYS ask for him. More

2019 Honda Insight Leased in June. Sporadic Engine sound has increased to ROAR-literally louder than unmuffled sports cars revving past me! At 35mph or 70. When I first start the car, or after ive driven f has increased to ROAR-literally louder than unmuffled sports cars revving past me! At 35mph or 70. When I first start the car, or after ive driven for awhile. The engine strains whenever going uphill. Lane deviation assist will NOT turn off. Almost all of the staff are great people. The problem is that they take FOREVER to service your car. 2 hours minimum just to check in. Even with appt/notice of imminent arrival. Flat tire=6 hrs on a Saturday afternoon. They refused to give me a spare. They explained that the air pump that comes with the car puts a goo in the tire that seals leaks. Not if there’s a blowout on the highway! 4 mo later, on Christmas Eve, that happened. Another 2 days without my car & no courtesy rental. Plus Ron billed me for a new tire, saying I had destroyed the sidewalls of the tire (when I had to limp it off the freeway for 2 miles without a shoulder available until I could call a tow truck.) I was later reimbursed for the tire. As the dealership wasn’t open at midnight on Christmas Eve when this happened, I was screwed. Anything that disables the car—including a bloody flat—requires that it be towed to the dealership. So After Hours, you either have to have it towed home so that you can get home yourself, and then you have to tow it back to the dealership when they’re open. Or tow it to the dealership & figure out another way home. In either of these situations, I would’ve had to pay for part of my tow, as their insurance only covers $100. How far that amount will get you depends on where you are. The next day that they were open again, I had to wait several hours for a flatbed to tow my car. The Insight requires a flatbed. By the time I got checked in, they didn’t have time to change my tire. So I had to rent a car to get home and leave the car there for service. The car wasn’t ready until 2 PM the next afternoon. They didn’t cover the rental & they still refused to give me a spare tire. A flurry of rocks on the freeway put a star in my windshield which almost immediately split from top to bottom, across the radar in the top of the windshield. Some rocks broke off a clip and tilted the radar that’s in the grill. It was in the shop for three weeks! Then the day I drove it home, there were still issues (a test drive could have told them that.) Turns out they didn’t know about the grill radar damage, until I took it back in. Although José ordered the parts in advance, it still took a week to fix...except it still is giving me the SAME msgs it did when the windshield first cracked. The Fuel Lid Open remains on the driver’s display, meaning that without manually changing the interface every time, you can’t see your fuel economy, estimated miles left in the tank, power flow etc. So it’s in the shop again. As usual I have to wait to check it in...3 hours this time. And now they say they can’t fix the erroneous error messages (I’m assuming the Lane Deviation Assist is included?) until I get body work done when my car was hit & run in November. Several months after the highway rock attack. Upon picking it up the next day, they couldn’t repeat any of my issues-except the Fuel Lid Open display. They haven’t fixed that because they’re saying I have to have the bodywork done before they can fix the sensor. They said the Lane Deviation Assist was the error message only. But since it’s actively forcing me back into the lane that is not the case. I have video of the engine straining loudly at various speeds. More
