They get you in and out and if something is wrong with your car they wil yes I would totally recommend this service center for anyone who has a Honda. Terra was extremely friendly and set-up an Uber for me to and from a shopping center so I could go shopping while my car was being worked on. Definitely made the time fly! Mark was very friendly and thorough in letting me know what my car needed. It was time for new tires and he gave me a great recommendation and let me know about a buy 3 get one for free deal. I didn't get back to the service center until closing time, but Mark and Terra both stayed late, to get me an Uber and back to a nicely serviced car. They really went above and beyond and I am so grateful. More

Ron was my service rep and he was very professional, kind, and helpful. The only factor preventing my experience from being a 5 star rating is the customer care employees. The two receptionist were not kind, and helpful. The only factor preventing my experience from being a 5 star rating is the customer care employees. The two receptionist were not welcoming. They were not helpful at all. Since they are the first point of contact they should be friendly and helpful. By greeting customers with a smile and asking how they may help. And once the service is completed they should let the costumers know where to go to talk to their service rep. I was pointed to two men saying “go to talk to Ron” mind you someone I’ve never met and had no clue what he looked like. Anyway, thank you Ron for your service ! More
Appointment scheduled but service was late I scheduled my appointment for 9:30, and checked in at 9:20. The service rep did not call me for my service until after 10:00. My entire day was pus I scheduled my appointment for 9:30, and checked in at 9:20. The service rep did not call me for my service until after 10:00. My entire day was pushed out more than 30 minutes. My rep was very nice, and the service was the usual excellent. But over booking, or whatever, only makes me frustrated at having to wait the extra time. More
