Even though the issue did not get fixed, I believe there is still hope that it will get fixed and Chris is my go-to guy to get it fixed. I really was ready to go to a closer Honda service center (Ukiah) but am willing to come back to Manly for future service appts thanks to Chris. More

It’s not hard to call and communicate with your customers. They had my car for 3 days. The second day I finally called around 5:45pm and was told they didn’t have a part and needed to keep car one more day. It doesn’t take all day to call your customers and let them know your waiting on a part. Just a quick phone call would have been nice instead of me having to call to find out what was taking so long. I asked for an expedited finish time and he delivered! He explained issues with the tires and I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to or pushed into a service I didn’t need. Chris was awesome! Admirable Responsibility! After working us in as traveler's for an oil change Manly offered to wash the car. Not only did they wash the car but they vacuumed the floors. The next day I noticed the roof top antennae cover was missing. They ordered and replaced the antenna at no cost to use. This involved 3 hours of labor. Chris, our service advisor kept us informed at each step. I was very impressed with Manly's quality of service philosophy!! More
