He has gone above and beyond each and every time without fail. There have been others along the way as well.. So thank you to all of them !! It looks as if everyone else that has helped me in the past is gone. I've been taking my cars there since 1999 I believe. BILL ROCKS !!! My other car is a Hyundai, and the service at the Hyundai dealership is lacking. I bring that car to Honda as well as I will not go back to the other place. Bill takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and has a lot of patience. He is such an asset to your company. If it had not been for the service department, I probably would have purchased another vehicle. Bill knows that I drive great distances, and makes sure that my car is always in tip top shape, knowing that safety is a big issue as I spend so much time on the road. Please thank Bill for me. More

Always a good experience This was just a normal service and a great experience as always. My only complaint is that they need to update the "snack" area. It’s been some time since I owned a Honda and I know things change. I’m very pleased with the service from setting up my appointment, to my arrival (didn’t know where I was going), a gentleman came to me asking if I need assistance, directed me the service dept. desk. The gals were professional, met Mark Winkler. Mark kept me informed on very thing, answered all my questions, and sent me text messages with updates. Very pleased.
