I like knowing that the service people know what they're doing with my Honda (especially since it's a hybrid), and the prices are competitive. Sometimes things get a little disorganized because it's always really busy, but everyone who works here is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Most recently my service manager was Giovanni C.; he was extremely professional and made sure I got exactly what I needed for the lowest possible price. More
Repeatedly disappointed This is the second car I've purchased from Manly. It's the last. On my last car, they told me I needed new brakes. Manly said I needed new tires. Schwab Tires told me my tires were good for another 10,000 miles. On this car, I bought and paid for leather interior. They said someone would call to schedule installation. After 6 weeks and no call, I went back to Manly and asked for my money back. This car is 6 months old. There was an odd sound coming from the gas tank area. I took it in, and a service rep listened to it, diagnosed it, and made an appointment for me to come in 1 week later to have it fixed. When I went back a week later, the part had not been ordered, so I had to leave my car for 2 days at the dealership. Everyone is very nice.....but that isn't enough. More

Excellent Service from Manly Honda - Service & Rentals I was very pleased with the excellent service I received from Chris Reid and Joseph at Manly Honda Service Dept. Jennifer was a huge help in offering I was very pleased with the excellent service I received from Chris Reid and Joseph at Manly Honda Service Dept. Jennifer was a huge help in offering a rental car from their fleet as the work carried over into the weekend due to needing a part. Jennifer was very helpful in explaining what she looks for when the car is returned so that I can return it in the condition in which I received it. She was pro-active in supporting customers. Chris Reid explained why the service was going to be expensive because it was not covered by a recall. The SRS light was on warning me that it might not deploy in an accident. Joseph was very apologetic when a part needed to be ordered and offered me an Uber ride home or the use of a rental without charge. Everyone was professional and patient with me, as I can be anxious. I am an older retired adult so they deserve bonus points! More
5 Star service from roadside to service department My battery died and wouldnt start my 2012 Ridgeline and I was parked on a busy street near the airport. Roadside assistance came and did a quick diagnostic and was able to get my truck started and informed me that it was the battery. So I immediately drove to Manly Honda service Department and parked it in their driveway. When they tried to start the engine it wouldn't. Bill took great care of me and Jennifer came to see if I would need a rental car. I had a new battery installed free of charge and I was done on almost no time.at all. Thank you very much for everyone who helped me get back on the road. You all continue to give 5 star excellent service!!! More
