Warranty work performed Overall good experience. Only drawback, I was told my vehicle would receive a free car wash and when I picked it up - no car wash. Not a big deal sinc Overall good experience. Not a big deal since I wasn't charged for it; however, the dealership shouldn't ask the customer if they want a free car wash, if they don't have a system in place to ensure it happens. I will never go to this dealership again! Took my 2002 Honda Accord in for a recall and oil change. Had to wait for a certain service writer I was told, while others weren’t busy, making me late to work. Honda Accord in for a recall and oil change. Picked up my car that evening and it wasn’t washed as promised (I even signed to have it washed since there was a crack in the windshield) and my service light wasn’t even turned off! Yet they did try to up sell me on more work than the car was even worth. Needless to say, the car won’t be going back there! More

Service is excellent My service experience was superb with the exception of how long it took to get the rental car which we used while our Odyssey was being worked on. Ou My service experience was superb with the exception of how long it took to get the rental car which we used while our Odyssey was being worked on. Our appointment was at 1530. We arrived at 1520 but spent roughly 10 minutes finding out where the service department for Honda was located (as we ended up parking at the Hyundai shop at first. We purchased the Odyssey from Manly in 2004 but had not been back since and thus were lost as to where we were supposed to go. Once we checked in with Service Writer Giovanni it was 1530. Giovanni was working with another customer and not able to work with us for about 15 minutes. He was very professional and a mover (very efficient). Once he was finished with checking us in we had to wait another 10 minutes to begin the paperwork for the rental. Jennifer had some computer issues but once she was going it took another 10 minutes for paperwork, bringing up the CRV, walk around and helping us understand some operational features of the CRV. Jennifer was very friendly, professional and also a mover. Our only complaint was how long it took before we were able to drive away in the rental CRV (1 hour from the time we arrived until the time we drove away). More
