Worked with me on tricky diagnosis Brought my Odyssey in because the power window had been stopping before it went all the way down. However, it wasn't happening consistently. After explaining the situation, Joseph assured me that he would work with me on this issue and if it didn't happen in the shop, we would explore all options. Horrible service I dropped off my car at 11 AM for a specific service. I didn’t receive a call or email from them on any updates about my car. I went in at 4:20 the I dropped off my car at 11 AM for a specific service. I didn’t receive a call or email from them on any updates about my car. I went in at 4:20 the lady them then told me they couldn’t do the complementary oil service which I was OK with I told them I could just take it without that being done. As I was going to pay the lady told me there was a zero balance I then asked what about the specific service I took my car there for and she told me that they forgot to do it. I left my car there for over five hours for absolutely nothing to be done. I have never been to a company so unprofessional that they forgot to do the service which I scheduled the appointment for. So not only did they not do it they couldn’t care less that I was frustrated about it and booked my appointment multiple weeks ahead of time as it was my only day available to do it. I would never recommend this company and I already have a service appointment booked at another honda dealer More

I think the two key descriptors here would be HONESTY on the part of Manly and TRUST on my part. BTW, Mark Winkler earned the same trust that I would have for my physician - nothing short of great. Bill Robertson is excellent brought car in for 8000 mile service. He arranged for Mandi to meet me early Tuesday AM so I wouldn't have to Cancel my appointments. Jose had all my paperwork ready to go to get me in and out. Thank you! Mandi and Jennifer provided amazing service. I was was pushed for time and because Jose had communicated the evening before, Mandi walked me over to Jennifer who quickly processed the rental paperwork. Thanks to them, I was 30 mins early.
