Then I asked for a loaner car and I got heated when my insurance info had expired and I couldn’t find my new insurance info. She was so polite and understood my frustration that I couldn’t find my info and that my new engine has so many problems in the nine months I had it in my car. More

They are quick to respond and answer any questions, and there's been a few people I've dealt with and they are all pretty great. Not much to say in the negative besides cars and their parts are expensive but it's not their fault, because I've shopped around and they're pretty competitive. More

The waiting area is always clean and the staff very friendly. I came in to have some vehicle warranty work completed and was extremely pleased to work with Dave Ashby again. Over the years he has always been consistent, friendly, honest and a wealth of information. This experience resulted in the use of a loaner vehicle and Jennifer C. was able to facilitate that process for me in record time. In a few short minutes she had the paperwork complete and was showing me the features I needed to be aware of in the new Honda Pilot she set aside for me. The professional efficiency these people demonstrated enabled me to salvage a really busy morning. More

Great listening, superb customer service We needed a complex preventive maintenance repair for our Honda Pilot at 120,000 and had gotten bids from other dealers for the same service. Jose Roc We needed a complex preventive maintenance repair for our Honda Pilot at 120,000 and had gotten bids from other dealers for the same service. Jose Rocha at Manley Honda took the time to listen to the history of repairs already received at a dealership in Seattle and was careful to include only those repairs not yet done from the partially completed 105K maintenance profile. We appreciated his willingness to let us challenge the standard list and identify that which was need and that which we did not need to be charged for. We also needed 4 new Michelin tires, and they gave us a very good deal that beat the discount tire stores we had done price checks with. We have recently moved to the area and NO QUESTION, Manly will be our home dealership choice. Thanks for the great customer service, timely completion of all needed work. We will be back! More

I had a late afternoon appointment for a fog light replacement, and three was not enough time to complete the job that day. So, Mr Robertson offered to loan me an auto overnight at no charge so I would not have to bring my car back the next day. This was much appreciated. Bill has been, and will continue to be, my preferred Service Advisor. Jennifer handled my car rental. She handled the transaction professionally, courteously and swiftly. Had another positive experience at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. More

Very happy with the car, but it developed a mysterious rattle in the right rear after about a year. I suspected something in the undercarriage, but the dealer diagnosed it as a warped parcel shelf contacting the rear window. In two days, Manly replaced the parcel shelf under warranty, and let me have a new Accord as a loaner, all at no charge. Excellent customer service. More
