Santiago was great! I purchased my van used from this dealership (about 10mo ago), and I decided to come in for an oil change and tire rotation. Santiago was kind, professional, and put me at ease. He took the time to educate me about what maintenance would be recommended. I explained which items I wanted done today, and he made me a list of 'to-dos' for my next visit. He also ordered an Uber ride for me to go back to wait at home while they did the work. There was also a nice guy who greeted me when I arrived and he helped me take off the license plate cover and he replaced my registration sticker for me. I hope we will have the carwash running soon, as my old Saturn dealer used to add a car wash and detail to every oil change! More

Took them 3 hours to do the tire and I missed my class. The next day the tire pressure light went on again.....I had to take it to American tire they fixed it in half an hour. But after they found out I am not happy with the service they care about my experience and called me ask me what can they do to help. More

This time, I brought my laptop in with me so that I could wait for the service to be completed. The customer lounge is very comfortable with ample seating areas, electrical outlets, small personal tables for your laptop etc. They offer complimentary warm beverages as well as cookies and granola bars. During my recent visit, Carlos Martinez was helpful in explaining the process, arranging a free loaner, and in letting me know what work that was done, and what other things would need to be done in the future. I have always found the service staff to be friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Justin Allen from sales also explained that if I was thinking of buying a new car Manly has an upgrade program that refunds the service costs with a purchase. He was helpful in my decision to trade in my old car and buy a new Honda at Manly; and I will certainly continue to have Manly do the service. More
