They explained in depth, everything that they recommended for the car and even explained why it was not necessary for other things (saving both time and money). Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, although I don't remember specific names. More

Repair visits Visited twice with complaint of rattle in the rear door of my HRV 2016. They couldn’t find out what was causing it. Both times. I took it to a private mechanic and all is fixed. Personally, I spent a lot of money at the dealership (same one where I bought the car) and I feel that there should be a loyalty perk of some kind. For example the car is vacuumed or washed free of charge. Just my opinion. I’ll be going to my private mechanic from now on, to save money More
