Excellent Customer Service and Trusty Workmanship Over the years I have owned vehicles that I was too afraid to take to a dealer because I thought the cost would be outrageous. I have relied on local Over the years I have owned vehicles that I was too afraid to take to a dealer because I thought the cost would be outrageous. I have relied on local auto shops and found myself sometimes wondering how these shops could be so expensive and not as accommodating. Lately, I have been taking my vehicles to Manly Honda. And I must admit, when I thought I was saving money, I may have been wasting it at the other places. A low beam went out on my 2008 Honda Accord and after looking up online for a replacement bulb (~$25) and looking at how difficult it would be for me to replace this bulb at home. As there are a lot of clips that need to be removed and if they break, I don't have any back-ups. So, I called up Jose Rocha Jr at Manly and he got me in. I paid less for a bulb from Manly than I would have anywhere else. Plus, when my car was done, there was a print out of the diagnostic test performed on my battery plus the print out of the Multi-Point Inspection of my vehicle. I truly did not expect anything other than just a bulb replacement and labor. Either way, I spent less on what may have run me more in the long run, plus got a piece of mind with the diagnostic results. Thank you, Jose Rocha Jr, Francisco Santos and Team Manly! More
Oil Change only It took way to long! I had a 2pm appointment and I was there at 1:45. It was not done till 3:45. I feel 1 hour is enough time to wait at the very most It took way to long! You need a better area for kids so wait time is not so taxing on the parents. The kids waiting spot is a great disappointment! I love the customer service. More

Service My appointment was on Tuesday, May 15th at 5pm and Bill Petty was my Service Advisor. I was waited on right away and Bill asked questions about why I My appointment was on Tuesday, May 15th at 5pm and Bill Petty was my Service Advisor. I was waited on right away and Bill asked questions about why I was there and what I thought needed to be done. I explained my upcoming drive to Seattle and wanted an oil change and my vehicle checked out. He understood my needs right away and stated the vehicle would be ready in about 1 hour. Less than one hour later Bill let me know the car was ready. Very pleasant, upbeat service. Thank.YOU! More
