Great Service ! We bought our car one day and the next had to have it towed back. According to the tow driver it was some terrible transmission problem. Manly's gen We bought our car one day and the next had to have it towed back. According to the tow driver it was some terrible transmission problem. Manly's general manager, Paul, assured us we would get whatever we needed, as soon as possible, even if it meant getting a different car. The Service Adviser, Bill, when faced with a very upset customer nearly in tears on the phone, was calm and reassuring and promised to get things in motion ASAP. Our salesman checked on us and was very kind. Ted in service was also supportive and kind. Long story short....the tow driver was completely wrong and it was a small thing that needing a tighten and all was well. However,faced with a possible disaster (from our point of view), we couldn't be happier with the treatment we received and the integrity we saw displayed throughout the company. Everything you would expect from a professional/competent garage, with the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Luxury coffee maker, complimentary pastries and beverages & fast wifi all come standard in the waiting area. Not that there's much waiting needed at this place. I'll bring my car in for multiple services first thing in the morning, and the team here gets the work done super fast. Ted in the service department is especially helpful. He knows his way around Honda's and will not try to upsell you (a typical move by many in the industry). Also talked Cory McMurray from Internet Sales. I've worked with a lot of car sales people and I must say, I appreciated the guys subtle approach to sales. Super friendly, helpful, and again, does not pressure you at all. Very pleased with my experiences so far. More
