Familiar faces are left behind and expectations are high. Luckily, the team at Manly Honda really put up the “welcome home” sign. I worked with Bill. His friendly attitude really made me feel welcomed at the Honda. The level of service and sterling professionalism exceeded my expectations. All work was completed in a timely manner and thoroughly explained. This alone earns high marks. What raised the bar to the level of excellence was The Hero Program. As a veteran myself, finding my place amongst fellow service members, first responders, and supporters lets me know that I am not alone in this new town. I am home. Bill and the entire staff team at Manly Honda are outstanding. I hope the Hero Program continues to grow. More so, I encourage anyone looking for quality car service to give Manly Honda a try. Noticeable change in quality of service From check-in through receiving my car back, the service at Manly Honda has definitely improved since my last visit. My car was first vacuumed, then checked in by a very friendly service writer, who then passed me on to a customer handler who guided me to an expanse waiting area equipped with a large screen TV, who then asked if she could provide me with a beverage. When the repair time needed to be extended, I was provided with an in-house rental car so that I could make my next appointment, making my day continue smoothly. When my repair was completed, the service writer contacted me by text, letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up. I can’t imagine a smoother experience at a dealership’s service department, so kudos to Manly Honda for a much-improved & appreciated customer experience. Thank you! More

The waiting area is comfortable and clean, and they offer a coffee machine, fresh cookies and a weird water dispenser for water bottles that my wife loves and wants installed everywhere. She likes her reuseable water bottles. And, I have NEVER gone back for the same problem twice, which is a major factor with service depts. More

SATISFACTION Let’s face it no one likes to deal with car repair issues but it comes with being a vehicle owner. I had a great experience with my recent vehicle repairs. They were able to take my vehicle in for repair the day I called and had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. After connecting with the representative that I would be working with I felt like I was in good hands. He communicated with me from beginning to end letting me know what repairs were needed to be addressed and letting me know the cost for the repairs. Fast, courteous service and good communication as well as a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done. I currently drive a HONDA make vehicle and absolutely love the quality and longevity of the HONDA brand. When it’s time to buy a new vehicle I will certainly be looking at this dealership! More
My time was wasted I was in the waiting room 2-1/2 hrs before I was informed the parts hadn’t been ordered. They should have known within 20 minutes. Wasted time. If I am on time for an appointment, they should look at my car at the appointed time, not 2-1/2 hrs later. By the time I left it was 3 hrs later and I had to make a return appointment; it was pushed back 1 more day. Will I get reimbursed for the 3 hrs @ $150/hr,or my time going back for a second visit instead of one? No. I didn’t even get a discount for their error. (I asked.) This is the 3rd time this has happened but it is necessary use them as I have an older car. More
