Always a good experience Having been to many dealer service centers over the years, Manly is by far one that other dealers should model their centers after. First, the staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable...and as a woman, I do not feel they talk down to me or patronize me. Second, the waiting area is very comfortable with free wifi, coffee and snacks. Lastly, they do quality work at a fair price. I have price compared - and Manly service and what they charge for parts is on par with the market. Recently I had to purchase new tires - Manly's prices with comparable to Costco's! Kudos Manly! Oil Change from bad to worse to great! I have given this rating because went for an oil change, had an appointment but my car didn't get worked on until 1hr later. Then they didn't have my windshield wipers in stock. But the representative said he will discount my windshields and they would fix few other things inside my car and they finished the car 30min later. Next time I came in I paid for windshield wipers only 2$ off, and they didn't do anything they said they would inside my car. But hey at least the representative was helpful and put them on right then and there. So not too bad of an experience. Maybe next time will go better. More

I know your mornings are busy and you have to think about labor costs, but an hour and fifteen minutes is too long to get a car registered for repair. More

Almost five stars When I pulled in a man came up and greeted me and asked if would like to have a complimentry vacuum of the floor of my car. I said “sure” and he res When I pulled in a man came up and greeted me and asked if would like to have a complimentry vacuum of the floor of my car. I said “sure” and he responded “who wouldn’t want a free vacuum”. Santiago was great checking me in and out explaining various thing for future servicing. He walked me out and showed where my car was. When I opened the door to get in the first thing I saw was that my car did not get the complimentry vacuum as offered. If I was not wanting to just get going home after waiting for my car to be serviced I would have gone back in. It made a four to five star experience into an average one. We also had bad experience with Manly with the airbag recall. They gave us a loaner which was the right thing to do. However, having continuos insurance coverage on the loaner can be tricky. Especially when they have you use your own credit card to cover insurance. The Manly Service Manager gave the rental company false information and we were charged around $300 on our credit card. We could not figure what the $ 300 was and assumed our credit card had been compramised. Which we all know how that feels. What an nightmare. Once my wife got to the bottom of it, two months later after several calls to honda and enterprise car rental. Time she never will get back. Enterprise actually had correct documentation to prove Manly provided false information and Honda sent a reimbursement check for the $300. So be careful on that recall screw up by Honda and Manly handling of the recall. More

unfinished business I spent 20 minutes on hold on the phone trying to get an appointment, unsuccessfully . Then set up an appointment on line. I listed 3 different things I spent 20 minutes on hold on the phone trying to get an appointment, unsuccessfully . Then set up an appointment on line. I listed 3 different things that had to be done at minimum. MY husband drove for 30 minutes to the appointment, waited for and hour and 15 minutes while the oil was being changed. They looked at the tires but did nothing requested to them. Then he was told that there wasn't enough time to do anything else. He drove home having spent several hours of precious time on a simple oil change. I then proceeded to call the service # given to my husband.( which was the same # I had called unsuccessfully, previously). After being hung up on twice after holding for a n answer, I finally got through to a recording which took my annoyed message and phone #. It's been 3 days and no one has bothered calling back. To add salt to the wound, while you are holding for a phone appointment, you listen to saccharin sweet voices telling you how much Manly cares, and values your business. Get REAL! I think we will find some other service place for Hondas. More
