First service at this location, overall good experience In the past I would go to the Honda dealership in Petaluma for my services. It was a mixed bag there: sometimes alright, sometimes incredibly off sch In the past I would go to the Honda dealership in Petaluma for my services. It was a mixed bag there: sometimes alright, sometimes incredibly off schedule, and other times with expenses suddenly becoming 10 times what they were initially going to be (as the kept “finding” new issues in a car I’d bought from them not 2 years prior). Anyway, this is about Manly, and not Hansel. I made an appointment online, and after a bit of phone tag, was able to finalize a couple of aspects of my service (length of service, and possibly needing a loaner if it wasn’t done same day). I was assured that if the work would go past a point, they’d get me a loaner, no problem. The check-in was easy, the options presented were clear, and because I had my previous service information with me, we were able to knock a couple minor things from the 120k mike service, which brought the cost down a touch. The service took a little longer than anticipated, but was still completed within my allotted time (loaner wasn’t needed) and the work appeared to be done well. I only had 2 minor issues, neither of which would be a deal-breaker, or keep me from returning. 1-no car wash with the service (but, as time was of the essence for me, completely understandable to forgo that to get me back on the road). 2-The hood was still unsecured when I got my car back. Had I not noticed, that could have become a problem on the highway. Regardless, it was ultimately a good experience, and I’ll be going back for my future service needs. More
