I had a pr This is to praise customer service representative, Bill Robertson, and the Manley model of customer service in their auto repair division. I had a problem with my Honda Element that had been going on for a few years and nobody could fix it, even the dealer a year ago. The car finally died for good, and I had it towed to the dealer for repair. Boy was I lucky to get Bill Robertson as my customer service representative. It took over 2 weeks to diagnose and fix the problem, and Bill was with me every step of the way, keeping communication flowing through texts and phone calls, and working with the service team that involved the shop foreman and even required going to Honda's own in-house tech-line for a remedy. 2 mini computers (internal systems) were replaced, and the problem was finally fixed - hopefully for good. They even managed to cut the cost on one by finding the part used. The repair team put in more hours than what I was charged for and I appreciated that! Very satisfied with this service. Bravo to Bill, who was always polite and service oriented. Top notch! More

Two hours for a scheduled oil change , Very unhappy with the length of time that it took for a simple oil change and service. We have passed each Honda down to the next generation when buying a newer model, so even my favorite '91 Accord is still in the family and preparing to move on to a younger grandchild :) Your service department, like your Hondas, seems to get better with 'age'. Cheapest Oil Changein Santa Rosa CA Staff is friendly. Honest. I called over 10 oil change centers, including where I bought my Honda Odyssey, and Manly Honda is the cheapest. Plus they service Honda vehicles all day everyday so they have a huge knowledge on what to look for and what to recommend. The lounge is very comfortable and shuttle service is offered to home or work until you can pick up your car. I only go to Manly Honda as their quotes on other repairs I have had were also lower than anyone else in the area. More
