When I schedule service, they offer times that agree with my work hours. they are timely when I bring my car in the day of service. They offer transportation if I need to go somewhere while my car is being serviced. Their service staff are always helpful in answering my questions, offering suggestions to troubleshoot, trying to keep costs down and telling me about special offers and coupons. Excellent Service I've been taking my 2005 CRV to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa since I purchased it. I've worked with both Bill Richardson and more recently, Jose Rocha Jr I've been taking my 2005 CRV to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa since I purchased it. I've worked with both Bill Richardson and more recently, Jose Rocha Jr. Both provide outstanding service. This last time, my car was making a funny noise when starting. Jose quickly thought to search my service records to see if the problem had been mentioned before. Sure enough the belt had been tagged for a recommended service. While the car was being serviced the repair tech noticed one of my tires was extremely low. He found a nail in the tire that I wasn't aware of. It was a twenty dollar fix instead of my needing to replace two tires. If you need to wait for a short service, like a basic oil change, the waiting room is clean and spacious. It's a relaxing environment to enjoy a cup of delicious coffee from their amazing coffee machine. Sometimes it's the small things that can make a real difference in your overall experience. I'd say that Manly Honda strives to be the best at what they do. They used to wash your car on top of everything else. I think they will be bringing that amazing service feature back in the future. It's wonderful to pick up a clean car. Thanks Manly Honda! More

Very satisfied. Excellent service! Brought the car in for regular oil change and to check the AC which had stopped working. When I got in Ted greet me, took the order and told me they were going to into the problem with the AC. I used their shuttle service to get to work. The driver was very nice (don’t remember his name). During the day, Ted always maintained me informed on the status of the car, and then let me know when the car was ready. Oil changed (with synthetic oil), AC fixed the same day (luckily it was a small repair), and at a very competitive cost. Definitely, very impressed and satisfied with the professionalism and service provided. Carlos More

I had a pr This is to praise customer service representative, Bill Robertson, and the Manley model of customer service in their auto repair division. I had a problem with my Honda Element that had been going on for a few years and nobody could fix it, even the dealer a year ago. The car finally died for good, and I had it towed to the dealer for repair. Boy was I lucky to get Bill Robertson as my customer service representative. It took over 2 weeks to diagnose and fix the problem, and Bill was with me every step of the way, keeping communication flowing through texts and phone calls, and working with the service team that involved the shop foreman and even required going to Honda's own in-house tech-line for a remedy. 2 mini computers (internal systems) were replaced, and the problem was finally fixed - hopefully for good. They even managed to cut the cost on one by finding the part used. The repair team put in more hours than what I was charged for and I appreciated that! Very satisfied with this service. Bravo to Bill, who was always polite and service oriented. Top notch! More
