Made my day! I recently lost most of my income due to the fires in Sonoma and Napa Counties. I took my Odyssey in for an oil change and tire rotation as my vehicle I recently lost most of my income due to the fires in Sonoma and Napa Counties. I took my Odyssey in for an oil change and tire rotation as my vehicle is how I make my livelihood and the maintenance light was on. The service advisor and his manager had already agreed to honor a coupon I had from a different Honda dealership but when I picked up my vehicle and went to pay, boy was I surprised. You see I had a brief conversation with my Service Advisor, Bill Petty and we talked about how the recent fires had affected everyone in Santa Rosa in some way. I of course shared with him my personal experience which wasn't nearly as bad as many who have suffered from this devastating event. I have a small wine tour business and I received numerous cancellations at my busiest time of year. When I went to pay, Bill told me that it was on the house this time. So a huge thank you to Bill Petty and his Manager whose name I don't know for making my day! Your kindness and generosity mean more than I can say. Above and beyond to help me. I needed to get my vehicle in for service since Aug. Finally got 2 days off over the weekend and called to see if there were any cancellations. After talking more with her she found a way to get my car done that very same day.
