My time was wasted I was in the waiting room 2-1/2 hrs before I was informed the parts hadn’t been ordered. They should have known within 20 minutes. Wasted time. If I am on time for an appointment, they should look at my car at the appointed time, not 2-1/2 hrs later. By the time I left it was 3 hrs later and I had to make a return appointment; it was pushed back 1 more day. Will I get reimbursed for the 3 hrs @ $150/hr,or my time going back for a second visit instead of one? No. I didn’t even get a discount for their error. (I asked.) This is the 3rd time this has happened but it is necessary use them as I have an older car. More

Took 1 extra day. They had not ordered all parts. Shock absorbers,catylitic converter,power steering. They had to keep my car an extra day which was inconvenient. Didn't diagnose the problem Reason for my visit was to address a whirling sound I get from my rotors when slowing the vehicle. I have driven other Hondas that are the same model and year and I do not get this sound. Still no solution. More
