Good customer service with difficult problem Manly was unable to fix my car -- the failure is intermittent -- so they didn't charge me anything. They even comped my rental. Drop off, pick up, and loaner car were all relatively easy and quick. The loaner was a nice CR-V -- comparable to the SUV I was getting serviced. It was sometimes hard to get anyone on the phone. And, if there were text or email options, I missed them. But, not having to shuttle, Uber, or walk to the dealer; and the ease and quality of the loaner car, and not charging when they couldn't diagnose the problem; were huge plusses. More

Ted is excellent I’ve been a Manly Honda customer since 2007 when I bought my new 2007 Civic (and a new 2017 Civic this year). Over the years I’ve only had to bring my civic in a few times for various reasons. Each time I bring it in Ted is my service rep. He is both extremely friendly and professional at the same time.
