Car service Appointment was scheduled for a oil change thirty minutes later my car was sitting in the same spot . Oil change ended up being a two hour service. I then check my car the next day and the oil level on the dashboard had not been reset and was at 20 percent . I then called and was asked to bring the car back in to reset . I had to drive back to have it reset. More

I went to get new tires on my Civic and was assisted by Ted Krupinsky, who has won my respect and appreciation for great suggestions and follow thru. The service was well scheduled, within my budget, and on time. My new tires ride so smoothly, and I have confidence they are good quality. The waiting room is also comfortable and I could concentrate on my interests, and catch up with the good ole American paperwork. The temp was perfect, and there is coffee, too. More
First Service We recently moved to Sonoma County from the East Bay and took our 2010 Accord to Manley Honda for service primarily because of some grinding noises We recently moved to Sonoma County from the East Bay and took our 2010 Accord to Manley Honda for service primarily because of some grinding noises we heard when slowing down and braking. The service rep who handled our service, Jose Rocha, suggested that we have a 60K service done to establish a baseline (and to ensure that there were no significant items that we should address). As it turned out, our car needed front and rear brakes so Jose's recommendation was spot-on. Jose was very personable and impressed us with his honesty -- something we have not always encountered when having our cars serviced. As an example, we told him that the tire TPMS sensor light appeared on the dash, but not consistently. He recommended not to do anything about this sensor until we replace our tires; this approach would save us some $$ by not having to pay twice for essentially the same. service.. The service area/waiting room was clean and bright and very comfortable,making the wait very pleasant. All the other personnel seemed very friendly and happy to be working at Mandy Honda. More
