Recall I brought my Honda CRV in for an airbag recall. Everyone I dealt with was very accommodating and helpful. I had to get a loaner and remove a carseat I brought my Honda CRV in for an airbag recall. Everyone I dealt with was very accommodating and helpful. I had to get a loaner and remove a carseat for transporting my granddaughter, and the employees went out of their way to help me complete the transfer easily and without waking her up. Thoughtful service Bill Petty was the first helpful person I spoke with over the phone, then Mike Ruggles, took the lead. Service was fine The service didn't take too long, the service guy who I spoke with seemed like it gave me all the info about what my car needs at the next servicing o The service didn't take too long, the service guy who I spoke with seemed like it gave me all the info about what my car needs at the next servicing once they were done. Only complaint I have is that he didn't tell me anything about an oil leak I have but mentioned everything else on the printout. You would think that would be an issue that needs addressing more than telling me "your washer fluid was low so we filled it" More

I just returned from my second service visit at Manly and worke Dan Thompson is always fabulous in sales and I have done business with him for years. I just returned from my second service visit at Manly and worked with Santiago Pizano twice and found him to be exceptional to work with and very professional.
