Out of warranty service issue We had a power steering leakage issue over a fairly long period of time which never really got resolved during the warranty period. It happened again, We had a power steering leakage issue over a fairly long period of time which never really got resolved during the warranty period. It happened again, but this time our extended warranty had expired. Bill Petty our service person and Luke the service Manager understood the issue and did the right thing to resolve it. We are very appreciative of their taking this on-going problem seriously and resolving it to our mutual benefit. They are very professional and very honest to deal with. My service experience TED is the MAN!! I worked with him the whole way through, and honestly I can't thank him and the team at Honda enough! I took my 2008 Honda Pilot in f TED is the MAN!! I worked with him the whole way through, and honestly I can't thank him and the team at Honda enough! I took my 2008 Honda Pilot in for a new alternator. Because my car was still under warranty they checked out everything, come to find out I had 1 recall and a few other issues all taken care of at the time of my original service. I was blow away by the attention to detail, customer service, and human kindness that comes outta this dealerships service department. More
