Manly Honda Service makes good I had a brake/front end issue in my 2012 Pilot when I moved to Santa Rosa and took it to Manly to get fixed. It manifested itself as a noise when br I had a brake/front end issue in my 2012 Pilot when I moved to Santa Rosa and took it to Manly to get fixed. It manifested itself as a noise when braking and it turned out to be a myriad of issues (warped rotors, faulty bearings and front axel issues). Manly initially machined the rotors, which addressed the noise issue but because of the bearing/axel issues, that just changed the behavior to a pulsation. Fortunately I have an extended warranty on the car and the bearings and axel were fixed for very little cost to me but that did not remove the pulsation. Manly service, took the car back in, machined the rotors again (because the bearing/axel issue may have caused the original machining of rotors to be off) at their cost and now the problem has finally gone away. Big praise on my part for Bill Robinson (service rep) and his boss and the whole service team for sticking by me to get this issue resolved. More

Top Tier Service I was very impressed with Manly Honda's Service Center on my visit yesterday. I was greeted within a minute of driving in, whilst still in my vehicle I was very impressed with Manly Honda's Service Center on my visit yesterday. I was greeted within a minute of driving in, whilst still in my vehicle by a very friendly guy. Once inside I was dealt with professionally and swiftly by Ted, the service agent. The facilities are modern and inviting, and the overall experience was in all honesty faultless. Interestingly I had had my car serviced by Manly's 'competitor in Petaluma, and I they weren't a patch on Manly's service level. More

Once I brought it to Manly they fixed the problem that day. If I would have brought it to Manly first I would have saved money and a ton of time. More

While my experience with the Service Team Members has always been very good; you took it to another level. Thank you for letting me know about my possible transmission leak before my 60K warranty expired. I was able to get my car in at 59 + K miles and sure enough there were three areas that needed service. I was able to use a 2016 Honda CRV while my 2014 Honda CRV was being serviced. You kept me informed every step of the way. I was able to avoid a pretty costly repair and for that I have great appreciation. I will continue to drive from Petaluma to Santa Rosa to have my car kept in great condition. Kudos to you and the Service Team. Katie More
Recognizing a problem during oil change During an oil change a review indicated a problem which could have occurred during a previous accident and was not recognized by auto body repair firm During an oil change a review indicated a problem which could have occurred during a previous accident and was not recognized by auto body repair firm that handled the accident repairs. Spoke to Bill Petty about it and he researched the problem with the tech who handled the inspection. Additional info was obtained, service appointment made, parts ordered and contact made with insurance rep who handled the accident. Repairs were made and insurance claims were all facilitated by Bill. Couldn't have been handled any better and with less effort having been made by me. Really appreciated by 87 year old me! More
