Only complaint I have is that he didn't tell me anything about an oil leak I have but mentioned everything else on the printout. You would think that would be an issue that needs addressing more than telling me "your washer fluid was low so we filled it" More

Excellent service and friendly sales! Dan Thompson is always fabulous in sales and I have done business with him for years. I just returned from my second service visit at Manly and worke Dan Thompson is always fabulous in sales and I have done business with him for years. I just returned from my second service visit at Manly and worked with Santiago Pizano twice and found him to be exceptional to work with and very professional. I only switched to Manly Honda from my previous dealership because Dan Thompson moved to Manly and he is a guy I prefer to do business with. Great job and thank you! More

From the appointment system, the gentleman who meets you at the door to explain the process, to the light, airy facility and great coffee. The service staff have always been helpful and friendly, particularly Santiago, my most recent service representative. This was for a pretty major service appointment, and he patiently explained all the details I needed to know about what was needed to be done for my car at this point, after 120,000 miles. The level of professionalism of the service department is exemplary, and the care showed to the customers is so appreciated. It made me glad I chose to buy a Honda from Manly, and had this wonderful service department to partner in the on-going maintenance of it. I have, and will continue to recommend Manly as the very best place to buy a car and have it maintained. Thanks, again to Santiago, who has been so helpful. More

Good, but a bit expensive. I will mention first what I really liked. I felt the people handling my car were well qualified and good at what they do. I also appreciated that I was given a rental car to use, since the work to be done was going to take longer than expected. This is what didn't set well with me. When I first came in for the appointment, I was told to wait until my name was called. I waited for half an hour then decided to say something to someone. Then I was helped. Second, I had been quoted a price for the parts needed for this repair, which I had paid for and these were sent for before my appointment. Late on the day my car was being serviced I received a phone call saying that the wrong part had been ordered and the new part would cost much more money. This was a disappointment, but I realize that this happens sometimes. I am satisfied with the work done, and I love my Honda Fit. More
