Great Service at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa Recently, Bill Robertson, our Honda Service Advisor, was just terrific in taking care of our car battery problem. Received recall notice, so called at 8:45 am 8-4-2017 and was told they had an appointment for 9:30 am arrived at 9:30 am, was checked in and was help Received recall notice, so called at 8:45 am 8-4-2017 and was told they had an appointment for 9:30 am arrived at 9:30 am, was checked in and was helped by 10:15 am. It was done by 12:16 pm . I do need to return per they had to order couple parts to complete the job. All I can say is they went above and beyond with helping me get this fixed. And again would recommend everyone I know to them!!! Great job 😊 More

I worked with Dave Ashby, Service Advisor, who has always provided knowledgeable, professional, and friendly advice. Since I may eventually give my car to my 18 year old grandson who continues his education and drives a vehicle with problems, Dave recommended the necessary repair work to maintain my car in good running condition beyond its 151,582 miles. The Maintenance Department performed excellent work in replacing engine oil & filter and doing a multi=point inspection. I will return to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors.
