Received recall notice, so called at 8:45 am 8-4-2017 and was told they had an appointment for 9:30 am arrived at 9:30 am, was checked in and was help Received recall notice, so called at 8:45 am 8-4-2017 and was told they had an appointment for 9:30 am arrived at 9:30 am, was checked in and was helped by 10:15 am. It was done by 12:16 pm . I do need to return per they had to order couple parts to complete the job. All I can say is they went above and beyond with helping me get this fixed. And again would recommend everyone I know to them!!! Great job 😊 More

He even brought me a chair to sit in because I was having a little trouble with my back. He escorted me to my car when it was finished and he answered some questions for me about the car. I worked with Dave Ashby, Service Adv I scheduled my 2001 Honda Accord for evaluation and any necessary work on Thursday, 8/3/17. I worked with Dave Ashby, Service Advisor, who has always provided knowledgeable, professional, and friendly advice. Since I may eventually give my car to my 18 year old grandson who continues his education and drives a vehicle with problems, Dave recommended the necessary repair work to maintain my car in good running condition beyond its 151,582 miles. The Maintenance Department performed excellent work in replacing engine oil & filter and doing a multi=point inspection. I will return to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors. Their shuttle service was "door to door", very convenient as I waited. My car was returned fully serviced and in excellent condition. Very reasonable prices- Honda had even issued a coupon to me, which helped! Great job all around. More

They are so valuable to me: their customer service, from the man at the counter (whose name, unfortunately, I always forget, t Well, I love Manley. They are so valuable to me: their customer service, from the man at the counter (whose name, unfortunately, I always forget, to the service guys, to the ladies who answer the phones and my questions about directing me to local glass repair (slight crack in windshield from coming back from Tahoe, on the summit), to body work for the dent I put in myself to my lovely Honda CRV! All of this in one year, yet I've had two cars from Manley, and I am very, very happy I have Manley in my life. You are very good at what you do, which, to me, is customer service. The fact that you sell a fabulous product is even secondary to me, because it's the follow-up, which you provide in customer service, which is so anxiety-releiving, and therefore, so valuable, to me.
