Great Service Experience I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they checked me in and got me on my way. The service manager was knowledgeable and helpful. Leaking tire Had a leaky tire on Saturday before I needed to make a trip out of town. Pulled into the shop at 1 p.m. and Bill Robertson had everything handled within minutes. He researched my service record and found I was entitled to a credit on tire repair. Had the work done in an hour. Pretty darned great on a busy Saturday and without an appointment. Been buying Hondas at Manly and having them serviced there for nearly 20 years. I've worked with Bill before and he made my day. Great, knowledgeable service reps who are always looking out for their customers!!! Five stars!!! More

As a bonus, his father, Santiago Sr., shuttled me back to work after dropping off my vehicle. He was incredibly gracious, a perfect driver, and wonderful conversationalist. It was a great start to my day. It is obvious that both gentlemen take great pride and care in their work, and I hope that I'm able to work with this same team in the future. I appreciated being greeted at my car as I drove up to the service bay and then being escorted to the fron This is a very well run service department. I appreciated being greeted at my car as I drove up to the service bay and then being escorted to the front desk to check in. The check in and waiting area is clean, comfortable and well equipped. I was assigned a service rep, Ted, who clearly explained the process and repair time and gave me his direct line to call if I had any questions. At one point in the day, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and Ted called me back quickly and gave me an accurate pick up time. It was clear that all of the customers are treated to this level of service. Thank you Manly Honda Service Dept and thank you Ted. More

Great Service, solved issues. My 2001 Honda CR-V was needing a routine service, which was done expertly as usual. I also needed to have the A/C system re-charged and checked out My 2001 Honda CR-V was needing a routine service, which was done expertly as usual. I also needed to have the A/C system re-charged and checked out to get it working to peak performance, since we are having hotter days lately. They did that very well and the A/C is now back to full strength. I also was having a grinding noise coming from the wheels when doing full right or left turns coming from a complete stop and then accelerating. The technician took my car on a test drive and was able to verify and fix the problem. So now my Honda is running like new, thank you. More
