Manly Responds Promptly I was traveling in CA from out-of-state and the AC quit working on my Honda. I was in pretty dire straits as I was on the side of the road without AC I was traveling in CA from out-of-state and the AC quit working on my Honda. I was in pretty dire straits as I was on the side of the road without AC in 102 degree temperature. I was trying to locate a dealership in the area who would honor the warranty which came with my new car (purchased in Kansas). The closest Honda dealership was "all booked up" and suggested I try an appointment in 2 days. For me to wait two days would mean buying a hotel to simply have the problem diagnosed at their location. Another dealership did not understand my predicament and referred me to Manly Honda. When I called Manly the receptionist listened to my situation and put me in direct contact with "Bill". He was extremely helpful. Bill listened to me explain the situation and then asked me to just drive into the dealer and he would locate a rental to get me out of the heat and to my next scheduled appointment. When I pulled into Manly Honda, he knew I was the person he had talked to an hour earlier which was refreshing as I was at wits-end after an hour in the heat and on the phone getting no resolution During the next 3 days, Bill kept me informed on the status of the AC repairs. He had the mechanic diagnose the problem and then spent time working with the warranty company. Unfortunately the problem was more complicated and the part needed to be back-ordered. Bill was more than willing to talk with my warranty company again and explain to them how they started the repair but because I was traveling out-of-state, it would need to be finished back in Kansas. He did all of this knowing full well his shop was not going to benefit from the repair or from me purchasing anything from Manly. I would highly recommend Manly Honda and their service department if you are in need of a mechanical repair. Although I do not plan to be in California shopping for a new car or needing a repair again, I would not hesitate to return their dealership based on my interactions with Bill. In fact, if my travels take me back to the area and I need an oil change or anything else, I will make a special effort and drive out of my way to give them my business. I am very thankful for Bill and the service department for recognizing my situation and providing top-notch and prompt service during my travels to California. More
Oil and tire rotation I gave 5 cause I showed up at my appt time and was greeted at my car. I went in to the service area waiting only a couple of minutes and Bill came and I gave 5 cause I showed up at my appt time and was greeted at my car. I went in to the service area waiting only a couple of minutes and Bill came and got me to start the paperwork on what I needed to get done today. While I was there they pulled my car in to start the service, which was great. Bill called me and kept me updated on when it should be done, which really gives me a peace mind. Bill then called me when the car was down and I came back paid and out the door. Overall great experience! More
Their service was beyond the call of duty Tom Haider is a saint! He remembered it was my birthday and paid for my oil change! How often does anything that sweet happen from a car salesman?? My 2 year old had gotten a toy train stuck in her hair while driving there, right upon arriving in the service department, one of the staff working there took his time to help get it out and saved her hair! Thank you!!! Their wonderful shuttle driver, Santiago Sr. Was so nice, professional, helpful and friendly! Just went above and beyond! Its not easy getting your car serviced, waiting, getting shuttled and all over 5 hours with a 2 year old. Honda and especially Santiago made our experience easy and pleasant! More

Excellent Experience for Service I have been going to Manly Honda since 1988 and would consider buying another Honda just to come to their new building. The car has 170,000 miles and I have been going to Manly Honda since 1988 and would consider buying another Honda just to come to their new building. The car has 170,000 miles and the service tech explained all of the service options with brakes, brake fluids, etc. The car continues to run smoothly. I enjoy going to the new updated waiting room which is spacious, has wifi and free coffee drinks. More

Excellent Service by Ted Krupinsky and Service Dept. I had an accident while I was visiting the area and had my car towed here. I initially had my car at another repair shop and they had told me I would I had an accident while I was visiting the area and had my car towed here. I initially had my car at another repair shop and they had told me I would have to wait over the weekend and that the repair costs would be quite high. I relayed this to Ted and he immediately eased my worries by explaining the repair process; he really seemed to know the car and gave me the impression the situation was not as dire as I had anticipated. Ted then let me know that he would do his best to have the car looked at and fixed ASAP. Not only did he call me back when he said he would, he called back with good news! The car could be fixed that day and the cost was very reasonable! I was doubly impressed by the mechanic for staying a bit later to make sure it was completed by the end of the day. Overall, I felt like I was being treated like a real person. I am very impressed by the entire staff of Manly, Thank you all for working so hard and still being kind while doing so. When it is finally time for my little Honda to be traded in, my husband and I hope to make the trip back to Manly. I will also send my friends and family your way as often as possible! Thank you! More
