Jose and Carlos are absolute sweethearts. Getting your car fixed is never fun but these two guys seem to feel my pain and displayed enough empathy to make it an enjoyable experience. Thanks for such wonderful treatment. The woman who helped me with my loaner was also very nice,she was pregnant but I do not remember her name,,maybe I was having a sympathy pause..lol..anyway thanks again.. More
Accord service I needed my Accord serviced and they got me in the next day. After I arrived they got me in quickly and Bill in the service department was professiona I needed my Accord serviced and they got me in the next day. After I arrived they got me in quickly and Bill in the service department was professional and helpful. I took the shuttle to work and the driver was friendly and I got a nice safe ride to work. The shuttle driver picked me up on time for the return trip. It only took a few minutes to get my completed car back. The service department did a great job and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I would recommend them to anyone. I have always had very positive experiences with Manly Honda. More
Annoying I easily made an appointment to bring my car in for 2 recall repairs. I arrived, checked in then had a seat. A few moments later I was called by the s I easily made an appointment to bring my car in for 2 recall repairs. I arrived, checked in then had a seat. A few moments later I was called by the service agent, and we began discussing why I had brought my car in. I told him that it was to have the airbag recall fixed, and that I was relieved to be having it done as I was unable to "park my car, and nother use it" like Honda had suggested at the beginning of the recall. The service agent, then began lecturing me on how Honda was at the forefront of this recall, and that they had been bashed by the media because they were the first to come out about it, and I waited 2 years to come in, when the fix was ready years ago. I felt the need to explain that only 2 weeks ago, did Honda let me know that the recall could be fixed. I then let him know that the aux plug in my car no longer worked, and asked if they could take a look at it (I had also told the women booking my appointment ) He informed me that they could not repair it, because they did not service radios, and the man that used to died. I told him it was not part of the radio, and he then told me that it was part of the radio, and fine they could look at it, but if it had to be repaired they would have to take the whole unit out, and send it to San Jose because the guy who repaired them in Santa Rosa died. This exchange went on for about 5 minutes, he finally went out to my car and looked at the aux plug. When he returned he said oh yu are right, it is not part of the sterio, I will order a new one and we will get that fixed. He inquired if I wanted to come back for all the repairs or leave my car. I told him that I could not leave it, so I would come back. I think he sensed my annoyance with him, because he then told me that I could get a free rental car because of the recalls. So I went a head and left my car overnight. I received a message the following afternoon that all repairs were done, but there had been an accident and there was a scratch on the faceplate where the aux cord is. They ordered a new one and would have it in the following day. So I call Saturday morning, and my service agent informs me that he is not sure if the part came in, so he would call me back. I heard nothing from him all day Saturday, and they are closed on Sunday. So Monday at 11am I call him. Oh guess what it's ready! Thankfully when I arrived to pick up my vehicle he was not there, and I had a very smooth lecture free experience in picking my car up. However, theyou did not vacuum or dust the area they worked in and I have been finding flakes of plastic on my floorboards, and dust all around my sterio. All in all, I will not be returning to this service center. I do not deserve to be lectured and belittled. More

Bill Petty was great! I've been to Manly Honda many times and Bill Petty has helped me more then a couple times and every time he has been very courteous and friendly. H I've been to Manly Honda many times and Bill Petty has helped me more then a couple times and every time he has been very courteous and friendly. He makes sure I have every thing I need and that all my questions are answered. I've been asked by family members why I take my car to the dealership when it's known the cost will be a lot more then an auto shop and I always tell them because I know my car will be taken care of and I'm always treated well and it's your employees like Bill who make me feel that way. Friendly and Responsive Took my 2006 Ridgeline in for a repeated engine light issue. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see a service rep. Although Jess did have all the information and paperwork ready when I got to the counter which was nice. Jess communicated very well with phone calls and updates on my vehicle as troubleshooting had to be done to figure out the issue in order to repair. Upon pick up there credit card chip reader was having issues but they were able to push it through. I also found out that I was double charged for a gasket part ($25) on my paperwork and the issue was fixed quickly and I was on my way. All in all it was a good experience. More
