I had it towed in right at closing time and Jose ensured it was delivered and checked in. By noon the following day the starter was fixed, and the shuttle driver picked me up at home to pick up my auto at the dealership. I was able to pick up my grandson at school on time ! Than you Jose. Amazing customer service! From the moment I called to make an appointment to the moment I returned the free loaner car, the customer service was amazing. I came in for a recall From the moment I called to make an appointment to the moment I returned the free loaner car, the customer service was amazing. I came in for a recall issue and asked about some missing clips while I was there. They did both free of charge and loaned me a car for the 1 1/2 I needed to wait. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, employees were well dressed. I seriously walked out of there so impressed. Great job Honda! More

Great and professional Last time I had an oil change at Honda, it took almost three hours. This time was was less than an hour and a half. There is a shuttle service that is also available for you if you choose to use it. Ted Krupinsky assited me in and was very professional and friendly. I had a really good experience this time and service was overall excellent. More

I wonder if I hadn't gotten up and asked about my vehicle if I would still be there. People came and went and mentioned they were busy but I had an appointment at 9:45 and they logged me out at 1:17. People that just dropped in came and went. I hadn't eaten so heard that there were snacks but I guess they aren't replenished after 11? Overall wasted day. More

Needed an "A12" service on Pilot (replace engine oil, rotate and check tires, replace air filters and inspect timing belt). They managed to sneak in 3 extras. I signed it, I just didn't see it, so that was my bad. An engine oil additive, some air system deodorizer, and some unknown Manly Advantage. I am still waiting to hear what the advantage is. The extra were at least $50 extra. Moral of the story, look carefully at a detailed breakdown of all the costs up front. Update: the dealer credited back the extras to my service account, so I am happy about that. In the end I will return for my next service, but I will keep a close eye on the charges, and make sure I understand each one. More
