Brought my car in for its first service & right away I was helped by Santiago, I was in a rush to get to work and also requesting a loaner car which is a lengthy process in itself, he managed to get me in and out within 5 minutes. He was very thorough and kind, if you need any help stop by santiagos desk, he's the guy that always has a smile on his face and sits in the middle. Everyone there is very helpful, it was a great first impression! More

My service advisor was Jess Prestidge; he was very friendly and professional and kept me informed as the work progressed. Once I complained about the tardiness, the receptionist were rude and condescending. Dave Ashby seemed to compensate for it by being extremely kind and humorous. It took 2 hours for an oil change for an appointment that had been book in advance. More
